2025 BETA 390 RR X-PRO VIDEO TEST

BETA 390 X-PRO REVIEW HERE!

There are 13 Beta off-road four-strokes, plus a number of dual-sports, so it’s a bit overwhelming. The X-Pro four-strokes are what we might call the company’s standard line of trail bikes. They come in a 350, a 390 like this one, a 430 and a 480. They all look virtually identical and differ only in displacement. Those same four bikes are available in Race Edition configuration with updated suspension and cosmetics. Then, just to round it all off, there’s a 450RC, which is based on the motocross bike and is a pure-blooded race bike.

This bike, like all the X-Pros, has a Sachs ZF fork, a Sachs shock, Nissin brakes, and a distinct lack of accessories. There are no hand guards, no GPS and nothing to drive the price even higher. It’s still not cheap unless you compare it to other European off-road bikes. The 2025 price for the 390RR X-Pro is $10,399. That’s $800 less than the 390RR Race Edition and $1600 less than a KTM 350 XC-F.

Here’s what you really need to know: For real trail riding, it’s hard to do much better than the 390. We’re not talking about racing; this bike is all about the pure joy of trail riding, where comfort, ease of riding and versatility are more important than anything else.
